Basics
The Fatigue System was introduced in the Lu4 to balance the progress between active players and those who spend less time online. It affects how much experience a character can gain per day.
Information Window
You can open the Fatigue System window by clicking the hourglass
icon in the bottom right corner of the game interface.
Interface elements:
- Current Fatigue Status
- Current experience multiplier
- Status overview for the main class and subclasses
- Available Experience Points for the current Fatigue Status
- Tool for measuring experience gained per hour (coming soon)
- Total experience available via Experience Points
- Current death penalties
Fatigue Mechanics
Fatigue Status
Each character in the game can be in one of three states. The current status and remaining Experience Points can be viewed in the Fatigue System window or by hovering over the hourglass icon in the bottom right corner of the game interface.
—
Battle Ready lv. 1.
- Normal state of the character
- The character receives 100% experience for killing monsters and Raid Bosses
- Consumes Experience Points equal to the amount of experience gained
—
Fatigue lv. 2.
- First-tier experience limit exhausted
- Experience from monsters and Raid Bosses x0.5
- Consumes Experience Points equal to the amount of experience gained
—
Battle Worn.
- All experience limits exhausted
- Experience from monsters, Raid Bosses x0.025
- Experience Points are not consumed
Fatigue does not affect experience gained from other sources and does not change the mechanics of Fatigue accumulation.
Gaining Experience
The Battle Ready state affects the amount of Experience a Character receives.
Let's take an example with killing a monster
Grave Predator Lv. 62
, which gives 3 532 Experience upon death.
-
Character Battle Ready:
- Receives 3 532 Experience
- Spends 3 532 Experience Points
-
Character Lv. 1 – Fatigue:
- Gains 1 766 Experience
- Consumes 1 766 Experience Points
-
Character Battle Worn:
- Receives 88 Experience
- Experience Points are not consumed
Fatigue Points are not consumed if experience gain is disabled with the .expoff command.
The system does not limit experience gained outside of combat — it only applies to experience from monsters and Raid Bosses.
Quests grant full experience regardless of Fatigue state.
The exact amount of experience depends on the level difference between the character and the monster. Learn more in the article Experience Gain and Penalties.
Fatigue Recovery
Fatigue Points are automatically replenished daily at 06:30 server time. The number of points depends on the current stage of server development.
If the limit has not been exhausted, the new points are added to the remaining ones. After replenishment, the character automatically returns to the Battle Ready state.
Example: The character had 1 000 000 points. At 06:30, they received another 2 500 000. The new total is 3 500 000 points.
Fatigue Points can also be replenished manually using special items, for example: Greater Battlesurge Elixir NG
Elixirs can be obtained as special rewards for activities, such as entering promo codes in the Personal Account.
Experience Loss
Experience loss varies depending on whether a character dies in PvE, PvP or PK:
- PvE — 1%
- PvP — 0.4%
- From PK — 2%
- When PK — 4%
Pay attention!
Experience loss in PvP during mutual clan wars — 0.2%.
Characters do not lose experience in the following cases:
- PvP arenas: Coliseum and similar areas
- Combat (non-siege) zones: Epic Boss areas, NoPK and similar areas
- Siege zones — only while participating in a registered siege
