1. The starting NPC Sylvain High Priest is located in the Dion's temple.

Talk to Sylvain to get the quest.

2. Teleport to Giran, find Pupina Priestess in the Temple and talk to him.

Select the line "I believe that Einhazad prefers mersy to blind obedience. I will certainly help if I can..." in the dialogue

3. Head to the Dark Elf Guild of Giran. Find Angus Grand Master and talk to him.

4. Teleport to the Dragon Valley. Go west to the Death Pass location, find and kill monsters:

Wyrm Lv. 35
Guardian Basilisk Lv. 36
Road Scavenger Lv. 37
Fettered Soul Lv. 38

Untill you'll get Relics of the Dark Elf Trainee NG x 10

5. Go back to Angus Grand Master and talk to him.

Angus will give you Angus' Recommendation NG

6. Head to Giran Temple. Find Pupina Priestess and talk to her.

Pupina will give you Pupina's Recommendation NG

7. Teleport to Dion, then to Plains of Dion. Near the teleport point find Sla Preacher and talk to her.

8. Teleport to Dion, find Sylvain High Priest in the Temple and talk to him to get your reward:
